Professional Competency Academy provides competency guides, a self-assessment, recommended learning resources, and related educational services. This policy explains what information the site handles and why.
Information you choose to provide
If you ask to receive your competency-assessment results by email, the site stores your email address, optional name, five-domain scores, suggested priority domain, consent selection, and the dates needed to deliver and manage the request. The assessment can be completed without creating an account.
How the information is used
The information is used to email requested results, provide a personalized learning route, administer a learning-email sequence only after confirmation, honor unsubscribe requests, protect the forms from repeated submissions, and improve the educational experience.
Site measurement and affiliate links
The site records aggregate counts for assessment activity and affiliate-link clicks. The PCA Growth Engine does not store IP addresses, visitor identities, or browsing histories with those event counts. Some outbound resource links are affiliate links; those relationships are disclosed near the recommendation and on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Cookies, local preferences, and service providers
WordPress may use cookies required for administration and site operation. The site may store display preferences, such as light or dark mode, in your browser. Hosting and email-delivery providers process information only as needed to operate the site and deliver requested messages. Assessment records are retained while they are useful for delivering results and managing the learning sequence. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option. You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your email address.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for professional and educational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Professional Competency Academy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
